At Chancellor, my passion for building has led me to various types of developments including stand alone residential homes, town houses, multiple units, government housing projects and high rise apartments. My construction team has extensive knowledge and experience in Auckland’s building industry, I provide the necessary leadership and vision of project objectives to the high performing Chancellor project team. I am also actively involved in the day-to-day project operations and support the team to achieve project requirements for safety, quality and deadlines. I enjoy the sense of achievement by working well with the talented team of suppliers, tradespeople and professionals.

Everyday working at Chancellor, my passion in the construction industry grows. My role is to provide financial support for the whole team and to ensure the business performs the best possible accounting practices. By working closely with our external accounting professionals, I also provide relevant advice and assistance to the financial risk management and ultimately the development and implementation of business strategic planning. I enjoy being a part of our young and dynamic team that is in endless pursuit of learning, advancement and challenges. I am excited to grow with Chancellor and I am prepared to take challenges at any time.

I personally like to challenge things in life. The key to success is your attitude and a positive state of mind. My role at Chancellor is to assist and provide support to our project management team as well as coordinating with Health and Safety. Ensuring our team is updated with the Health & Safety regulations, procedure and policy. Providing our construction sites are a safe environment for not only our staff but all sub-contractors working on our site.

With my past experiences within design and build companies, I know how hard it is to find that right match between quality, efficiency and cost.  Building your first or your second home is never easy, that is why I am here for my clients on every step of the building process, from plan layouts, material selections, construction and right through to move in.  I want to guide and assure my clients that I am dedicated on making their dreams a reality, and I am excited to work with you on your new build through Chancellor Living.

With a strong passion in building industry, I endeavour to perform efficiently as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in Chancellor Construction. My role at Chancellor is to accurately estimate construction costs for every building project which effectively minimizes over spending and unnecessary costs for our customers. In addition, I liaise on a daily basis with various suppliers, construction professionals and contractors to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties. By also maintaining close interrelationship with our architects, project managers and in-house accountants, the most cost-efficient project management goals are achieved at Chancellor.
