The true lifestyle house captures rural views with special design of deck positions, big openings with bifold doors, a fire pit for a cosy atmosphere, and garden lighting to bright the starry night after sunset.

The house has 5 large bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with a walk- in wardrobe, designer ensuite and sliding doors to outdoor deck for the stunning view. All other four have built-in wardrobes. The house is perfect for three generations living together: two to three children sharing one bathroom, grandparents with their own ensuite, and home owners living in the master bedroom. The kitchen, as the heart of the property, provides its best to the high-quality lifestyle: walk-in pantry for storage, different lighting options, black stained oak veneer, and leathered antique brown marble bench tops for aesthetics. The spacious open area for dining and living flow seamlessly from kitchen to the outdoor undercover deck through sliding doors.

The concept for all 3 bathrooms in this build was to bring some of the bolder elements of the architecture through into the spaces. Black feature tiles relating to the exterior and also other interior components. Stone and natural oak vanities again reflect other internal / external elements used in the build. The large format 600x600 tiles site nicely in the background and flow seamlessly into level entry showers. Frameless glass keeps the spaces feeling open even though they are smaller in size. Special consideration was made to hide the toilet pans as much as possible in each space so as you enter you see the nicer forms in the spaces such as a freestanding bath and vanity compositions. Underfloor heating will take care of those frosty mornings.

To summarise, the house perfectly presents a feeling of both country lifestyle and comfortable modern living facility.
